Our machinery is systematically upgraded and modernised, which significantly improves the quality of our products. Currently we have six profiling lines, two slitting lines, one line with embossing and perforating press and one line for folding profiles with thermal bridges.
One of the first phases of steel profile manufacture is the slitting of steel strip from coils with a weight up to 24 tonnes and a width up to 2,000 mm. Our slitting line performs precise cutting into strips from 0.4 to 3.0 mm thick by scissor cutting technology.
We also provide this stage of the steel processing as a separate service on special order.
We use cold forming technology to ensure that the highest quality steel retains its properties. We manufacture a very wide range of profiles whose cross-sections meet many requirements of the broader steel industry.
Furthermore, thanks to the advanced CNC lathe, which serves us as our tool shop, we can create any tool almost immediately to give the desired shape to the profile.
We use a computer-controlled arm with a laser head for extremely precise welding of profiles with a high-frequency laser beam.
Welding is done during the manufacturing process, while minimising the negative impact of heat on the profile strength properties.
